Mila Beck is a filmmaker at heart, strongly influenced by visual images. Shooting a film fills her with a childlike sense of wonder, and her creative powers meet emotional storytelling even for the smallest project. The creative process between director and actor keeps her alive.


Mila was born in Kamp-Lintfort, near Cologne, Germany, where she grew up. After graduating school and more studying at the Akademie für Publizistik (Academy for Publishing) in Hamburg, she worked as a journalist for German newspapers, magazines, and TV broadcasters (e.g. Sport-Bild, Die Welt, NDR, Radio Bremen, Tele 5, ARD, ZDF, RTL, SAT1, PRO 7.) The mother of a son, Mila’s natural flare was recognized by a producer and she has been a director ever since.  From 1994 to 1997 Mila has directed and produced more than 250 TV shows in Germany. In the following years, Mila has filmed more than 100 episodes of various TV series, short films and commercials worldwide. From 2005 to 2010 she owned two film and TV production companies in Spain.

Leslie Bates was born in Los Angeles and is an American with dual American and Turkish citizenship. It was while she was in Rome that she began her career in the arts. After a couple of years there, she moved to writing and the production side of entertainment in San Diego after getting a degree in Marketing and English Literature from San Diego State.

After she received her JD from Lincoln Law School in 1985 she moved to Turkey as a civilian contract specialist for the American government. Over her 15 years in Turkey, she taught English and contract law, she represented American companies in the military market, and repaired helicopters for the Turkish Army. Leslie also worked as a legal and technical consultant for several Turkish and American companies. In 1999 she moved back to Los Angeles and into the American entertainment industry. Leslie graduated film at AFI with an MFA in screenwriting. Today she works as a course director at the Los Angeles Film School.

Leslie’s latest project was the film, Broken Angel. This film is the first Turkish-American production of a popular feature film portraying Turks and Turkish Culture in a positive way.

Willman Morcillo was born in Cali, Colombia and raised in the United States. His life as an artist started after a career as a professional soccer player in the USA.

Willman is inspired by excellence and beauty in every endeavor and he seeks to bring more of that into this world through the quality and caliber of the people he works with. His musical influences cover the fire and passion of latin music, the soul and groove of funk and dance masters, the intense and intricate world of hard/heavy metal and finally, the deep connection he has with flamenco music and it's complex but captivating rhythmic patterns and tones.

Willman spent 2 years recently in Seoul, South Korea, where he helped create and manage a very active live music scene that brought together Koreans as well as foreigners in support of performing artists.  Now back in Los Angeles, he is working on a high school talent competition to help and develop new artists in the Los Angeles area, as well as producing live Latin music nights, to find, cultivate and promote high quality original Latin music, as well as expand supportive audiences and fan bases.

At the moment, you can also find him performing around Southern California with his own band, The Willman Morcillo Band.
